Cunningly colonial: Our orange mousse with a shot of rum is not only extremely tasty but also gets you in the right mood. This refreshing, light dessert is made in no time at all.
Recipe for 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 x 180 g plain yoghurt
- 8 heaped tablespoons of orange jam (ca. 500g)
- 1 dl of rum
- 10 tablespoons of whipped cream
|
|
|
Preparation:
|
- Put the orange jam and the rum into a bowl and mix well
- Add the yoghurt to the mixture
- Carfefully fold in the whipped cream
- Important: Don't stir to hard to keep the mousse
light and creamy
- Chill before serving

Tip:
|
- Decorate with fresh orange slices and whipped cream
|
|

Variations:
|
- Can also be prepared with light orange jam or Pink Grapefruit jam
- For children, prepare the mousse without rum
|
