Our homemade recipe for success

We proudly call our products homemade, or "hausgemacht" in German. We deliberately avoid technologies or processes that are not available in the home kitchen.

Little has changed since the time when our grandfather cooked the jam at home in the cellar: even today we pay attention to the good quality of all ingredients, which are carefully prepared in small quantities.

It starts with the ingredients
We rely on long-term partnerships with our suppliers to obtain the best raw materials for our products.
Small batches in open pots
A maximum of 30 kg of fruit are processed per batch. The texture of the fruit is optimally preserved.
With love for detail
Every glass is given the characteristic fabric cover by hand and checked before it leaves our factory.
Nut cheese production like in the old days: the cheeses are refined by hand with exquisite walnuts.
