Zutaten:

- 2 pieces of pre-rolled puff pastry (26 x 42 cm)
- 400 g of quince jam
- 2 egg yolks

Zubereitung:

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Put one dough onto a baking tray
- Spread the the quince jam onto the dough
- Put the second dough on top of it, press on the edges
- Brush the upper side of the dough with egg yolk
- Divide into squares (4 x 4 cm) with a dough cutter
- Imporant: cut rapidly, so the dough will not stick to the cutter
- Bake the pillows in the middle of the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
- Chill the baked dough; afterwards it's easy to break the quince pillows apart

Tip:
|
- It's okay for the jam to leak out of the pillows a bit. Once grown cold it will become hard.
- A long ruler helps for cutting the pillows.
