These pesto rolls are ideal appetizers for your parties, especially if you don't feel like standing in the kitchen all day, but still want to serve more than just crisps.


Ingredients:
  • Rectangular pizza dough
  • 1/2 glass of Pesto Rosso, 1/2 glass of Pesto Classico

Preparation:
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  • Roll the dough into a rectangular shape (2 mm thick)
  • Cut dough into 4 strips
  • Cover generously with pesto sauce
  • Roll into rolls
  • Cut rolls into pieces of about 2 cm
  • Put rolls on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven, until they are golden brown
  • Important: Use baking paper, since some oil may flow from the pesto in the rolls
  • Serve warm


Tip:
  • Decorate the plate with basil leaves and dried tomatoes
